Scouting Report: With a very long body, Ousmane has very good footwork for a big man, good hands and hustles. Was ruled ineligible to play for Julian his junior year due to IHSA residency rules as he was staying with Julian Coach Loren Jackson. Has since made several rounds around the states and is now at a junior college in Kansas.
